Chartered Building Surveyor
Fareham, Hampshire
We are looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to work alongside a developing team based in Fareham, Hampshire. The company are keen to have the successful candidate take on their own workload and work with Clients to develop relationships and the contacts. There will be opportunities for development within the company as it grows and develops.
The company has a range of commercial, charity and public sector Clients and a variety of work including Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Building Surveys, Party Wall surveying and providing general property consultancy and advice. The works mainly involves commercial properties including industrial, offices and retail premises with a limited amount of housing.
In addition, there will be the other non-technical aspects of the job including business development, Client care, raising of invoices, handling of workload, assisting with on the job training to Graduates.
Applicants must:
* Be MRICS in Building Surveying
* Have their own car and driving licence.
The Graduate Surveyor package includes:

* Providing suitable internal and external training courses as required
