An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Labourer based in Welwyn Garden City, to carry out all general labouring work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment.

Reading and taking information from the job work tickets, you will work under instructions of the team leader whilst adhering to Health and Safety policies. You will identify and select plant and materials appropriate to the task as well as removing debris from site, buildings and/or properties and garden areas. In addition, you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of materials and for the cleaning of void properties ready for handover.

In order to be successful in this role, you will possess appropriate experience working in the Building Construction/Maintenance Industry and will have the ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks.

You should also have the ability to understand and interpret work instructions, drawings and schematic drawings as well as the ability to trace, diagnose and rectify faults. Above all, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with the drive to succeed.

Candidates for this role will ideally hold a full UK driving licence, however this is not essential
