Customer Service Advisor

Employment Status: Permanent and Fixed Term positions available
Location: Tulketh Mill, Preston, PR2 2DY
Salary: £7.68 (£15,000 per annum) + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. This will include weekdays and weekends on a rota basis. Shifts are between 8am and 8pm. Full flexibility between these hours is essential to meet the needs of the business.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our fast paced, award-winning, passionate team at Tulketh Mill in Preston to work with one of our fantastic household names such as the Post Office, Student Loan Company and TalkTalk.

About the role:
We have a range of roles available, from Customer Service to Technical Support and Inbound Sales. All calls are inbound which means no cold calling!

You will take inbound calls on behalf of our client and deal with all customers queries promptly, demonstrating our contact centre values. To be successful in this role you will take ownership of the customer's situation, following it through to a successful conclusion and escalating where required. You will need to work effectively with team members at all levels and prioritise your time effectively to take incoming calls from customers in relation to queries/problems.

About you:

No previous experience of working in a contact centre is required – We are looking for individuals with any element of customer service experience including hospitality, retail and call centre with enthusiasm and a desire to learn!
