Recruitment Consultants (3 month temporary contract - day rate)
GBP220.00 per day as an umbrella company
GBP169.81 per day PAYE - 30 days leave (pro-rata) paid bank holidays
Location - North Greenwich - Near the O2.

We are going through a period of transformation and are looking for consultants to join us on a temporary basis to help fill some key residual vacancies. We have a very lively environment and encourage our consultants to be out in the business and also have the flexibility to work from home. We have a diverse mix of consultants whose backgrounds are a mix of in-house and consultancy, the theme is the drive to source the best candidates and ensure we keep our exciting capital growing. We are an award winning, high performing team!
Taleo is used to track our candidates and you will have access to LinkedIn, Indeed and Diversity Jobs amongst others to source as well as pro-active searches. We have tools such as gender and jargon decoders to help craft strong advertising and have an excellent team of on-boarding coordinators who create all offer paperwork and ensure pre-employment screening is complete.
Very interesting projects that cover all types of recruitment, we are a business of over 30,000 people so saying it's varied is an under statement! Diversity and Inclusion is very important to us and we have various proven ways of reaching out to groups, full training and an induction will be given.
This could be an opportunity for you to move in-house, gain experience in a large corporate or just flex your sourcing muscles on some exciting projects - so long as you are passionate about talent acquisition you will fit right in!
