This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking for progression, a technical challenge and career development with an industry leader.
This position has arisen due to growth within the company. You will manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures, including claims and valuations. Our aim is to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the NEC Form of Contracts.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience within the Civil Engineering Industry.
- Starting Salary: £32,375 per year.
- Vehicle provided & Fuel Card (during working hours only).
- Based at HQ near Nefyn, LL53.
