Care Home Manager
(RMN qualification essential – 37½ hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage Kirkdale Nursing Home which is one of our two 38 bedded purpose built nursing homes, who provide specialist care for older people (50+) affected by dementia.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be flexible in their working and have an ability to manage and motivate staff in this challenging environment. Previous experience of managing a dementia nursing home is desirable.
Salary circa: £37,000-£39,000 pa (subject to qualifications & experience)
