Operations Division- ASP & Marking (Examiner Management)

What it's about
The ASP & Marking (Examiner Management) team work together to support our examiner community through our three exam series. The team manages the recruitment and deployment of examiners, including a dedicated helpdesk. The team is also responsible for ensuring that marking is completed in a timely fashion, working with various divisions to achieve this. At present the team is split in to two sections, Pre-Exams (before the examination is sat) and Post-Exams (after the examination is sat).
We are looking for two administrators to join the Pre-Exams team, where you will be responsible for a wide range of activities.

What you'll be doing
Working within a large friendly team you will help support various operational tasks related to Cambridge Examiners. You will be learning new processes, gaining knowledge and understanding within different parts of the team, helping to ensure the successful completion of our three exam series. These may include recruiting and deploying examiners to mark, providing first line support to internal and external stakeholders; and ensuring that marking is completed on time.

• Proven organisation skills
• Strong team player, diplomatic, trustworthy, pragmatic and personable
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• The ability to learn new skills and processes easily, quickly and with accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
