Title: Area Caretaker
Location: Leicester
Salary: £20,704 (Full Time Equivalent)
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Contract Type: Temporary 


Working in Housing Management you are responsible for the day to day communal areas and gardens of Caretaker managed schemed. You will provide regular cleaning to all common areas as specified by the Place Officer and also scheme demands. You will carry out minor repairs as appropriate and report other maintenance problems as encountered. 

We are looking for people who:

• To provide a caretaking and cleaning service to residents within four City Centre schemes and other sites as required.
• Identifying and / or responding to emergency and routine repairs.
• Ensuring the scheme is clean, safe and secure.
• Responding to and reporting incidents to the relevant departments/Place Officer to ensure prompt remedial action is taken.
