Outbound Sales Consultant

We're recruiting for individuals that demonstrate experience of a B2B sales role or sales environment. Paying between GBP16,000 - GBP20,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Your hard work is rewarded with not only regular pay reviews, uncapped commission and addition bonus every 2 months adding to GBP1,000! Working in a driven and successful sales environment in Leicester city centre.

You will be required to make a number of outbound sales calls to new potential business, using a detailed database. Engage with clients, fact find and be able to find the best price on the market.

You will be given all the support you need to grow and develop within a progressive company, with an opportunity to move onto Account Management,

Outbound Sales Advisor
Salary GBP16,000 - GBP20,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Monday to Friday

Leicester, City Centre, excellent public transport links

Responsibilities:

• Make a number of outbound calls to new business, using the company database
• Successfully close sales over the phone
• Be Proactive in your sales approach
• Be able to overcome objections
• Responsible for maintaining an accurate client database
• Record all engagement with new prospects clients
• Be knowledgeable on the industry with the support of training and development

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrate previous work experience in a B2B sales role or sales environment
• Can work to both individual and team targets
• Be able to engage with a variety of clients, through excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate a level of confidence when speaking on the phone
• Have a can do attitude, through hard work, passion and success
