We are delighted to be recruiting for an Office Manager for our client in the centre of Brighton. This is a new role for the company and therefore, you can make it your own. You will need a passion for people and will be liaising with all departments.
As the Office Manager will have responsibility for the administrative activities that ensure the efficient and safe environment of the office. You will take responsibility for the regular social events, business briefings and monthly staff socials.

Main job duties are:

* Manage Health and Safety policies, procedures and practices.
* Support the setting up and ongoing management of the company's CRM system and Quality Management system.
* Handling all H&S checks, Statutory checks and staff records
* Organising stationary
* Collation and reporting of KPIs of staff for management
* Responsible for the day to day running of the office
* Booking meeting rooms and handling diaries - this may include collecting and organising lunches for Directors and visitors
* Raise purchase orders for contracts
* Provide minute taking and meeting actions
* Deal with any building issues
* Provide staff site inductions
* Arranging couriers
* Maintain car parking records
* Sorting and distributing incoming post and sending outgoing post

It would be helpful if you had the following:

* Health and Safety at work qualification
* Fire Marshal qualifications
* IT literate and proficient in all Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* An excellent and professional manner.
* Excellent customer care skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Excellent telephone manner
