OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
This is primarily a hands-on Embedded C / C++ role: we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software engineer to design and develop embedded software, using Embedded Linux or any real-time operating system (RTOS).
Essential skills
Embedded C & C++
Embedded Linux
Experience working with software for 16 or 32-bit Microcontroller/Microprocessor
Ethernet Protocols experience
Software Engineering Development Practices
Unit and Functional Tests
Experience of Configuration Management systems
Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) on embedded platforms
