Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
Burgess Hill
18 month contract
We are recruiting for a motivated and experienced Payroll & Benefits Coordinator who has experience of managing a Payroll function for UK employees. This post will manage an outsourced payroll service with the support of a payroll administrator. You will deliver both structure and strength to the overall payroll operation.
Payroll Manager responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring Payroll compliance
* Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function with the outsourced payroll service
* Balancing the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
You will have:
* Experience of managing an outsourced payroll service
* Experience of managing a UK payroll of c. 500 workers
* High level attention to detail
* Ability to trouble-shoot and easily identify inconsistencies and anomalies
* Experience of advising on benefits functions e.g. absence management, flexible benefits
