Role Purpose

To prepare various reports and relevant statistical trends data regularly in a timely and efficient manner with the AIRLine system.To provide analytic support to the H&S Data Migration Manager.To provide support to the SHE Reporting Co-ordination team to cover leave/absences to co-ordinate daily work on AIRLine+.

Job Dimensions

The successful poster holder will work as part of a team of SHE Reporting Co-ordinators reporting to the H&S Data Migration Manager within the SHE Engagement team. The role will be office based and will require occasional visits to other locations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for collating and managing data via the AIRLine/Genohsis management systems to prepare reports. This will entail working closely with the SHE Reporting and Analytics Architect to ensure and validate the accuracy of data from the source reports.

The successful applicant with also play a key role in the production and circulation of monthly performance reports (these will include the monthly injury performance release, the UKPN SHE Performance report, amongst others).

Principal Accountabilities
Ensuring all relevant weekly/monthly reports are produced/prepared, approved and released in a timely manner.Validating all data to ensure it is robust in terms of its integrity and accuracy.Ensuring the quality of data/information within the AIRLine+ system is correct and up-to-date (e.g. incident summaries, incident types, investigation status, etc).Providing analytical support to the H&S Data Migration Manager where appropriate.Assisting the SHE Reporting Co-ordinators on AIRLine-related activities when required.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrate good experience/skills on Excel and PowerPoint.Good organisational and communication skills as well as possessing a good telephone manner to ensure credibility in delivering/maintaining a high level of customer service/care.Excellent attention to details to ensure consistency of data quality/integrity at all times.Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and targets - demonstrating effective time management.Hold a valid driving licence and willing to travel.
