A HR Business Partner role for a Public Sector company based in Exeter for a 6-9 month fixed term contract.

Your new company
A well-established large Public Sector organisation based in Exeter are looking for a HR Business Partner for a 6-9 month fixed term contract (multi-site).

Your new role
You will be leading strategic development projects, change management projects and working in partnership with the senior management team. You will be influencing, coaching and mentoring high level employees. You will need to be an expert HR Professional with excellent experience in strategic planning and implementation with strong communication skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have keys strengths in strategy, change management and organisational design with excellent relationship building qualities. You will need to be an expert when it comes to employee relations & legislation. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and have a valid CIPD qualification.
