Our client are a well established Groundwork and Civil Engineering Company who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work from their Southampton office.
They are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor who is hungry, energetic and ambitious to join a a very successful team.
Your core responsibilities:
* Preparing tender documents and cost planning
* Providing advice and forecasts about cost
* Housebuilding Projects
* Conduct site visits
Essential requirements
* Come from a Groundworks and Civil Engineering background
* Have 2-3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Work calmly under pressure and be able to prioritise workloads
* Client facing with good communication skills
