RTA Portal Paralegal
My client is a full service private practice based in Manchester who provide a friendly and close knit service. They are now looking to grow their dedicated team with an additional Personal Injury Paralegal. You will be tasked with handling your own caseload of Personal Injury matters in the main road traffic accidents from inception through to settlement.
You will have:
• At least six months' experience assisting on or handling your own caseload of personal injury matters
• Knowledge of the personal injury process
• Use of case management system
• Use of the MOJ process - Stages 1, 2 and 3
• Experience of adhering to financial targets and deadlines
• Experience of working in a close knit environment and working as part of a team
