Based in Leicester, we are seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Partner to join our dedicated Centre of Excellence.

Your new role

As an Associate Sourcing Partner you will provide an excellent level of customer service to our corporate clients, identifying the highest quality of candidate for these clients to fulfil their temporary or permanent vacancies. Working as part of a team, you will be involved in implementing strategies for candidate attraction, recruitment and selection, ensuring that 100% of client recruitment requirements are satisfied. In your search for the perfect candidates for your clients needs, you will write and place external adverts, search candidate databases and conduct telephone screens. You will manage your candidates throughout the recruitment process, from fully briefing for interviews, providing timely interview feedback and making job offers.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideal candidates will have a passion for recruitment and experience of working in a fast paced sales environment. You will need to possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively. Keen attention to detail is a must, with the ability to display confident Stakeholder management skills and be able to take on and complete a multitude of tasks.
