Our Digital Technology Specialists will have a proven track record in undertaking technical architecture and design work with a range of market leading vendors and technologies. Candidates will have extensive, practical, project experience in working with leading brands on digital transformation initiatives. They will have be seasoned practitioners, used to taking business and functional requirements through to component design, identifying, architecting, designing and implementing solutions, from one or more of these technical domains.
Industry leading e-Commerce platforms
Mobile application architectures and solution
CRM, Order Management, Billing, product catalogue solutions
Content management systems
Integration architectures and technologies
Analytics platforms and tool
Cloud computing technologies and establishment of digital technical infrastructure
Enterprise collaboration technologies
Information security systems.
Custom built digital channel applications
About the role
Our Digital Technology Specialists understand a range of digital components and services and how they fit into an enterprise infrastructure. They collaborate effectively with colleagues from other disciplines to identify and assess technology options that support strategic objectives and business goals whilst meeting operational requirements.
They work with our clients and technology colleagues to define cost effective and efficient digital solutions. They take an ownership role throughout design and delivery, to resolve technical problems that may arise and to ensure technical solutions continue to meet business requirements and the overall strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities Own and lead delivery of one or more digital components on client engagements, reporting to the Engagement Lead, and managing teams of technologists and third parties.
Lead preparation of component solution design, supporting technical documentation and technology roadmap, as part of for digital transformation strategy and design projects
Lead technology component sourcing and selection activities on digital transformation programmes, working with third-party vendors to identify the solution options to complement digital transformation delivery
Act as a technology component design authority on digital transformation programmes, managing requirements changes, and maintaining adherence to the agreed digital blueprint and any architectural constraints
Play a leading role in supporting business development activities, as a technology subject matter expert, and maintain a market network, reporting to the Engagement Partner or another Director
Participate in practice leadership, taking action to continuously extend and improve our services
Maintain market eminence through publications, communications and participation in client events.
