£9 per hour + Bonus Potential

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning automotive company in Milton Keynes, with excellent prospects for progression for the right candidate.

Our client has a number of roles to fill due to business expansion and is looking for articulate individuals who can make outbound calls, to join their busy customer service team. Full and part time hours are available but candidates would need to work Saturdays on a rota basis.

The Candidate:

+ Previous experience in a phone based customer service environment desirable but not essential
+ Experience of working towards to targets
+ Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and colleagues alike
+ Keen to work as part of a team but also to aim for individual targets
+ Comfortable managing inbound and making outbound calls to customers
+ Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
+ Strong communication and listening skills
+ Good level of computer literacy
+ Personable and articulate
+ Previous experience of working in the insurance/automotive sector desirable but by no means necessary

The Client Relationship Executive Role:

+ Making outbound calls to customers who have already purchased a product from our client to make them aware of complimentary products and services
+ Managing inbound calls from existing customers
+ Identifying potential sales opportunities and arranging follow up calls where appropriate
+ Delivering quality customer service on every call
+ Daily, weekly and monthly recording of data onto Excel spreadsheets
+ Identifying and maximising potential sales opportunities
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Customer Service Advisor, Customer Care Advisor, Automotive Customer Service Representative, Aftersales Customer Service Executive.
