A rapidly growing international company is looking to recruit a accounts payable specialist for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Duties:
• Help with processing purchase ledger invoices and credits
• Reconciliation of supplier statements to creditors ledger
• Query resolution of purchase invoices.
• Prepare documentation for supplier payments
• Ensure international transactional processes are adhered to.
• Create payment runs for all USD and European suppliers in line with their specific payment terms.
• Maintain and update International Spreadsheet with outstanding items
Attributes:
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, be flexible, and adhere to timeframes
• Good attention to detail
• A competent user of Microsoft programmes, particularly Excel
• Must be articulate and numerate, with a good telephone manner
• Working knowledge of Purchase Ledger functions
• AAT qualification desirable
• Knowledge of Sage and JDE desirable
• International AP experience desirable
