This is a great opportunity for experienced Care Assistants to join the day team based in their care home in Malmesbury, Bristol.
Position Summary
As Care Assistant role involves working as part of the care team and alongside trained nurses giving residents care and support with washing, dressing, eating etc. A highly rewarding position with the opportunity to develop your skills further with training and the option of full or part time work.
• Experience as a Care Assistant is essential as is enthusiasm and a commitment to provide the very best care for residents.
• Experience working with dementia patients is beneficial

Responsibilities
• Provide support, empathy and companionship for the clients
• Personal care – washing, bathing, changing pads.
• Hoisting clients in and out of their beds
• Feeding back concerns and risks to the office.
• Training and ongoing support
Would suit; support workers; care assistant, community support workers; nursing staff; people with a desire to work in this field, experienced care workers.
