Service Advisor required for car dealership in Horsham,Surrey

GBP26,000 OTE

GBP23,000 basic salary
Achievable team and department based bonus structure
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 18:00pm with every other Saturday morning 8:00am - 12 noon

My client has a rare and exciting opportunity for an automotive Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team at their car dealership in the Hosham area of Surrey.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor to work within their busy aftersales team. We are looking for a candidate with experience in motor trade aftersales and service, with ideally at a least 1 year of experience in the role. In contrast, my client is also happy to recruit an experienced Service Advisor with many years background. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for delivering high levels of customer service, and will be proud of the dealer and brand they represent. Due to the nature of the job role, we are also looking for an effective communicator and a candidate who can handle working under pressure - when the time comes to do so.

The successful Service Advisor candidate will be able to thrive in this fast-paced and challenging role with them. The dealership enjoys a good local reputation

Candidate requirements;
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
A passion to deliver a high standard of customer service
Bags of personality and can take dealing with customers in their stride
Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
Administration skills, be able to use computers with confidence and the ability to organise and prioritise work
Knowledge of Pinnacle / Kerridge or other DMS systems would be advantageous
