Based at our Head Office in central Bath, you will play an important role in engaging stakeholders, promoting our work and sharing learning, best practice and resources.  Alongside showcasing the great work that we do, you’ll be instrumental in helping to source and secure new opportunities for grant funding and commissioned work.  You’ll be pro-active in raising awareness across a range of values based issues and know how, when and where to communicate to best effect and grow NDTi’s profile and reputation.

Why NDTi?  We can offer a supportive and innovative environment to help you broaden your experience of working in a fast-paced sector that is both challenging and rewarding in equal measure.  You’ll get to work with like-minded people and contribute directly to the work we do to affect better outcomes for people who risk exclusion.  We will value your contribution and can offer you flexible working arrangements that suit you, alongside a generous entitlement to paid leave.

We are a not-for-profit organisation working to enable people at risk of exclusion, due to age or disability, to live the life they choose.  We inspire and support policymakers, services and communities to make change happen – change that leads to better lives.  Through our consultancy, research, policy advice and demonstration projects, we reset expectations, tackle problems and celebrate what is possible.
