Working as part of the Customer Development CRM team, this role is to support the delivery of the strategic ambitions of Nuffield Health around CRM. Working for the Head of CRM and in conjunction with a senior Programme Manager this role will take hands on responsibility for delivering the projects and development programme which drive forward our CRM strategy.

  • To own the delivery of projects within the CRM programme of work to achieve the strategic and financial aims of Nuffield Health.
  • Working with Head of CRM to deliver careful and cleverly planned use of Capex and Opex
  • Provide pro-active support to staff up until the time of project sign off, utilising the relationships built during projects to provide re-assurance and to ensure co-operation with the delivery and promotion of CRM
  • Own a programme of incrementally development of existing CRM systems to align with the needs of customers and wider stakeholders
  • Identification, definition and management of appropriate and dynamic change management plans, communications, and training strategies for small and large CRM projects
  • Provide a consultative approach with the ability to identify and provide solutions to business queries and assess operational constraints whilst creating the right environment for change
  • Work with sponsors and key stakeholders to identify change barriers and devise strategies to overcome the barriers

Experience

  • Focus on passion for delivering improvements to the Nuffield Health customer journey in particular through the use of technology
  • Working experience and knowledge at an SLT, senior level of effective communication strategies in support of change initiatives
  • 3 years plus experience in a senior role
  • Focus on passion for delivering improvements to the Nuffield Health customer journey
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate large groups
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly and think creatively
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

Our location

Our Support Centre is based in Epsom, Surrey. We are 20-30 minutes on a train from Central London and are easily commutable from Surrey & Sussex. We also accommodate flexible working hours including the ability to work from home 1 day per week
