HGV Workshop Manager nights - Glasgow
Location: Glasgow
Salary GBP39276 for 45 hours + benefits
Shifts Monday to Friday 21.00 pm - 7.00 am
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Workshop Manager for our clients business premises in Glasgow. You will be managing a team of Technicians working with a quality product with a strong reputation. A nice working environment and excellent packages are available for the right candidate.

This role is Managerial only, you will not be required to work on vehicles but merely guide and support your team who will be fixing the vehicle. As this role will take you away from the workshop floor you will be required to prepare and complete paperwork as part of your daily duties.
Due to the nature of the vacancy it would require someone who has a sound working knowledge of the HGV product
The ideal candidate will have the following
* NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds Equivalent in Heavy Mechanics
* Be able to demonstrate at application stage and also at interview a reasonable level of technical knowledge and understanding of sound health and safety awareness
* A valid driving licence which has class 1 preferably but will also consider class 2
* Able to demonstrate sound managerial skills and a clear understanding of how to run a productive workshop
