They have an exciting opportunity for a part-time New Tenancy / Housing Options officer on a permanent basis.
As a Housing Options / New Tenancy officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that they deliver a high quality customer focused housing options and new tenancy service for applicants across Manchester.
You will be responsible for providing advice and support to their rehousing applicants, in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.. You will manage an applicants' new tenancy process from beginning to end, being the first point of contact for a new tenants' relationship with this company.
You will have a proven track record in delivering a first class customer focused service. With excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with customers, partners, agencies and colleagues at all levels. You will be a great team player and take pride in the achievement of individual and team key performance targets, for sustaining and improving the quality of their services.
Access to a car or bicycle is essential for this role to travel round North Manchester on a daily basis.
