We have an exciting opportunity for Site Managers to join our on-site team, at our Cardiff Living Development for the Residential Team.

You will join an experienced team working on a ten year, multi million pound project with Cardiff City Council, building 1,500 homes around Cardiff. The scheme is aimed at tackling growing demand for affordable housing in the city and will comprise about 600 council homes as well as properties for sale on the open market.

We are looking for motivated and effective Site Managers used to working on residential projects of a similar size to join our established team covering this long term project based around Cardiff. The right candidates will be managing areas of the project, reporting into a project manager.

Responsible for the leadership, direction and management of their project to appropriate Health and Safety, time, cost and quality targets, as well as providing planning and support to project operations. As part of delivering operational excellence you will be required to manage client interfaces and handle queries which can be specific and demanding.

To be successful in the role you will already be experienced as a Site Manager with a proven record of leading and delivering parts of construction projects from pre-construction through to successful completion, within a range of industries and ideally have experience of working with residential projects.
