Order Processing Administrator - Expanding and Reputable Company!!
Location - Billingshurst
Salary - up to GBP22,500 depending on experience
Hours - Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm

Duties will include:
- General Administration duties
- Processing incoming orders from the website
- Tracking orders and reconciling the tracker
- Raising orders
- Checking acknowledgements
- Meeting order deadlines
- Assisting stock control
- Answer income queries regarding orders
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
You must have:
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Good team player
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Ability to use SAGE would be an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
- Flexibility and a 'happy to muck in' attitude
- Good Verbal and Communication Skills
