The role
Working as part of the branch team within a busy merchants, this role is a great opportunity to start your career with them. This company is a well-known and respected builders' merchant and they offer a friendly, helpful and professional service to both trade and retail customers.

What you will be doing
Through involvement in all aspects of their sales activities, you will learn how to provide excellent service to their customers as well as growing your product knowledge. Throughout your apprenticeship, they will provide training, support and development to ensure you get the best possible start to your career.

What they are looking for
You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to demonstrate an aptitude for selling. Self-motivated and confident with a positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service, you must also be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office, are desirable.
