We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Engineering Lecturer who is able to demonstrate relevant industry experience and feel they have the ability to motivate our young engineers of the future and support them to pursue exciting careers within the engineering sector. We are not necessarily looking for an experienced teacher but we do need an experienced engineer with a passion for passing on their knowledge and skills. Full support in gaining a teaching qualification will be given to the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge and experience of their field. You will have a minimum of a Level 5/6 Engineering qualification. To teach Level 3 BTEC to Level 5 HND. To have experience in teaching thermal dynamics, power fluid, Engineering principals, Electro mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics / pneumatics / hydraulics/ further maths.

You will hold a teaching qualification or commit to gaining with the college if you do not hold this. It is also essential that you hold a level 2 qualification in Math's and English or commit to gaining in 24 months.
