If you have experience of leading an enthusiastic team of staff and volunteers, including achieving challenging targets and are committed to helping young people aged 18-24 years in overcoming multiple barriers to find paid employment, then this could be the job for you.
You will need to demonstrate experience of managing safeguarding disclosures and incidents, ideally with vulnerable young people and have experience in managing a team delivering direct support services.
Excellent communication and IT skills, efficient administration, effective monitoring and reporting processes that include measuring and demonstrating outcomes, are essential.

37 hours per week
GBP26,000 per annum
Main base: Mansell House, Lichfield
Fixed Term Contract until December 2018
