Chartered Architect
Wells-Brooks Associates are seeking a talented Chartered Architect for a fast paced private practice in Leicester.
My client is one of the largest and most successful multidisciplinary Architectural Design, Project Management and Quantity Surveying practices in the Midlands. They offer an unrivalled range of supporting professional services including Planning Consultation, Landscape Architecture, Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment, HQI Assessment, Employer's Agent, Project Coordination, Partnering Facilitation and Party Wall Surveying.
Essential Experience
You must be a Chartered Architect
You must have a minimum of 3 years UK experience in residential architecture or mixed use projects
This role will require you to also carry out surveys and be client facing.
Essential Software skills
AutoCAD
Desirable Skills
High end residential
Planning applications
Building regulations,
Residential architecture
Revit, although training can be given
