Could you help lead the NHS in your area?

Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking to recruit a Non-Executive Director to its Trust Board.  As a member of the Board, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the strategy, vision and purpose of the Trust.

You will need to have significant or senior level experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Corporate strategic finance including internal control and corporate governance 
• Clinical or risk management 
• Serving on Audit, Finance or equivalent committees in other organisations

The successful candidate must also have a financial qualification. 

You will need to demonstrate a range of competencies in order to contribute effectively at board level including strategic thinking, team working and excellent communication skills. 

The time commitment is typically two and a half days each month for which the remuneration is £6,157 pa.

Interviews will be held on 4 August 2017.
