Full Time - Temporary Holiday Cover

Our client based on the outskirts of Cardiff is looking for an experienced Administrator to cover holidays in July 2017.

The role is managing incoming emails relating to work orders and imputing the confirmed data onto excel. This is a busy role that will also involve direct contact with customers, contractors and suppliers so excellent communications skills and the ability to prioritise work are essential.

The successful candidate will need to be confident using excel, including the ability to set up and utilise the filter functions.
