Hard Services Account Manager (FM Maintenance)
Birmingham GBP48-53k plus vehicle
Are you Technically qualified in mechanical or electrical building services engineering with indepth experience of managing large teams of in house engineers, surveyors and external subcontractors?

Hexagon FM are proud to recruit for two Technical Services Manager to manage a large subcontractor base and in-house teams, across a mixed varied portfolio across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
You will be technically qualified in either mechanical, electrical or building surveying with a commercial bias and will previously managed large multi-disciplined teams.
Commercially astute, you will have experience of managing profit and loss, generating revenue for the business and will know best value when you see it. You will be responsible for managing the relationships with the various subcontractors, ensuring they are delivering to contract.
You will ideally have managed projects as well as FM maintenance and will be responsible for developing the relationships with the subcontractors to ensure the service runs effectively and smoothly.
You will act as a managing agent in this role. You will have great communication skills and will manage in a fair manner, encouraging collaboration and communication across all departments and supply chains.
A great relationship builder, you will build great relationships with your fellow managers and will develop your teams to foster a culture of best practice and development from within
This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and competent technical manager with experience of working across a diverse portfolio with multiple subcontractors.
You will need to be resilient and able to lead change within your teams. However, this will be a really rewarding role.
You will ideally hold a professional membership such as CIBSE, BIFM, RICS or equivalent and will preferably hold a health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
This role offers a salary in the region of GBP48,000 - GBP53,000 plus car allowance and benefits
