Head of Asset Service

~~Responsibilities of the Position: • Support Investment teams across multiple locations • Develop and maintain effective organisational design for the "middle office" department • Provide direction, leadership, vision and development as part of the operations management. • Reporting performance accurately to executive team • Developing and maintaining an oversight framework for asset services. • Review processes and implementing change that leads to greater efficiency and cost effectiveness • Conduct regular team meetings, 1-2-1 coaching and setting performance objectives. • Maintain a robust control framework Background of the Position: • Prior experience of leading an operations team and a desire to cultivate an inspirational culture • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business • In-depth understanding and experience of relevant regulatory standards sand industry best practices • Experience of oversight of third party providers • Strong leadership skills, the ability and desire to inspire and coach your team to ensure they are driven and working as one Is this job for you?
