For this role you must be a geography graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 class degree. You must be an enthusiastic individual who possess passion for geography and who would like to pass on knowledge of the subject. You must have a clear understanding of where you want your career to go and be able to demonstrate progression whilst working with pupils.
Geography Graduate Teaching Assistant - The role
This Graduate Teaching Assistant position involves working in a dynamic Geography department where fresh ideas and knowledge will be essential to assisting teachers with planning and preparation. Your responsibilities will be to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and group sessions helping to boost confidence and attainment regardless of their ability levels.
