We are looking now for an accomplished CRM Enterprise Architect to strengthen our vibrant, agile team owning the CRM space from lead to quote and support whilst improving the architecture with a wide range of technologies across our other enterprise platforms. Main Duties of the CRM Enterprise Architect (CRM, Architect): As the CRM Enterprise Architect you will: - Serve as the Enterprise Architect in the CRM area of the business (Website, Marketing Applications, Lead to Quote, - - Customer & Partner Relationship Management). - Develop, maintain & govern architecture principles, standards and architectural framework. - Build the Architecture Roadmap in the CRM area. - Govern IT projects from an Enterprise Architecture point of view in the CRM area. System Support - Independently lead the complete lifecycle for Enterprise Architecture in several areas - Technical/ Functional Requirements - Represent your technical area and IT on cross-functional enhancements and projects, including the coordination and resolution of appropriate issues. - Lead Enterprise Architecture design sessions collaborating with TA, BSA and Business Stakeholders - Perform Enterprise Architecture reviews - Research & keep up to date external best practices across areas - Make sure architecture across areas performs against industry benchmarks. Professional Development - Act as a mentor to the Technical Architects and Staff Enterprise Architects within the IT group - Network with peers across IT, Sophos and Industry assigned areas Customer Management - Effectively communicate and influence executive management - Represent the team and IT in both customer facing and internal facing matters Architecture Best Practices - Act as primary point of contact for cross-functional IT architecture changes - Delivering or coordinating training for Architects on new/revised IT processes and industry best practices - Defining and enforcing quality management and standards for Enterprise Architecture deliverables - Act as the first point of escalation for process, application and functional concerns for other Architects - Identify, communicate and manage metrics and key performance indicators for the Architecture Experience and Skills of the CRM Enterprise Architect (CRM, Architect): - Experience as Enterprise or Solution Architecture - ideally TOGAF or Zachman based - Experience of specifying IT or department roadmaps - Vendor Selection and Management experience - In-depth knowledge of CRM Architecture - Ideally Salesforce or similar ERP - In depth knowledge of Marketing Automation Architecture - Ideally Eloqua or similar tools like Marketo etc. - In depth knowledge of Corporate Website Architecture - Ideally Sitecore or other similar CMS platforms - Strong Business acumen, Process Management, Problem solving and project Management skills. - Credibility to lead the business Benefits The remuneration package includes: - Annual holiday entitlement of 25 days - Commission scheme - Group personal pension scheme - Private medical insurance - Critical illness insurance - Death in service policy (life assurance) - Permanent health insurance - Travel insurance - Personal accident cover Working conditions at Sophos are very good and include: - Subsidised staff restaurant - Free beverages, fruit and pastries NOTICE TO RECRUITERS & PLACEMENT AGENCIES If you are a recruiter or placement agency, please do not submit resumes to any person or email address at Sophos prior to having a signed agreement from Human Resources.
