Conversion Rate Optimisation Executive

EDF Energy are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist to work in our Hove office. The job will take full responsibility for CRO activity across all our Digital channels, offering significant exposure and progression within our new-look Digital team.
As the energy market changes, with the rise of Smart Metering and Connected Homes, so are we. We have built a highly skilled team that has allowed us to not just follow changes in the industry, but shape them. It's an exciting time; already our principal customer contact channel, we aim to grow Digital's volume, breadth and quality in line with our ambition to place technology at the centre of all our activity. The industry is on the verge of a major transformation, and the CRO Executive will lead the planning and execution of channel optimisation activity, as well as the continuing development of our conversion capability.
We are keen to hear from talented people with a passion for analytics, data driven insight and customer journeys. We are open to applications from people working either agency or client side; the most important factor in our search is finding a specialist who can add real value through conversion optimisation. Any experience with Optimizely will be beneficial as we have recently implemented it, but it is by no means essential.
