Job Title - Site Manager
Sector - Residential New Build
Rate - GBP24.00 Per Hour

Duration - 10 Months
The Company
A well-respected Cheshire house builder requires an experienced residential Site Manager to work on a 10 month development in the Chester area.
The Role
You will be managing a mix development which consists of 3 apartments blocks with 12 apartments in each, also 16 semi-detached houses, 8 town houses all of which are traditional build. The project has been running for 3 months and is at groundwork stage with the brick work about to commence.
Reporting directly to the Contracts Managers, you will ensure the smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme through to handover to the end client.
* Oversee the day to day operations of the development and monitor progress
* Manage to budget and complete within agreed deadlines
* Manage, motivate and appraise team members
* Maintaining Health and Safety
* Weekly update to owner
About You
As a Site Manager, you will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressured environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines in a high specification environment. You must have previous experience working on similar residential projects traditional build.
* SMSTS 5 Day Health & Safety
* CSCS Supervisor Card
* First Aid At Work
The Opportunity
For your skills and experience we can offer an hourly rate of GBP24 Per Hour working a minimum 45 hours per week. Depending on your performance, our client has other developments starting in and around the area around the November time.
