Senior CRM Technology Sales Executive // Global Company (Award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner) // Swindon // GBP75,000 Basic with a realistic OTE of GBP150,000

My client are an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner, delivering Total Microsoft Business Solutions and Managed Services globally that help their customers digitally transform their businesses, cut complexity and cost, improve customer service and drive growth.

How do my client achieve this?

My client use tailored, industry-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that embrace Operations (AX and NAV ERP), Sales, Marketing, Customer Service (CRM), Field Service, Project Service Automation, Analytics, BI and IoT - on-premises or in the Microsoft Azure intelligent cloud.

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive forward the presence of their CRM offering, into an incredible client base. You will sell business solutions and software, to fit with my clients product portfolio and partner base.

Role responsibilities:

Business Development:

-Sales Targets are met - these will be defined separately along with commission structures
-New business and business verticals are highlighted and developed in line with business strategy
-Involvement is proactive in marketing activities
-Leads are created through your own work when possible, practical and needed.

Sales Process Management:

-All leads to be followed up in a timely fashion
-All leads are managed through the sales process ensuring CRM is kept up to date.
-All potential avenues are explored
-Adherence to Company communication standards
-Clients are a constant revenue stream.
-Sales relationship with allocated third party suppliers is effective.
-Copies of all documentation and communication to be stored on the central database.
-Potential clients should be informed of the best services aligned to their business requirements
-Liaison with Pre-sales, Administration and other key teams is effective and managed to best results and giving as much time as possible to them to allow them to do their work.
-External messaging to partners, marketing, press etc. must be considered and consistent
