Creative agency seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to identify and nurture sales opportunities and generate qualified sales leads manage pitches, tenders and client presentations to new clients and establish, maintain and develop working relationships with all contacts through to onboarding of new clients.

Manage marketing and prospecting activity aimed directly at prospects from LinkedIn, Social Media perspective in support of raising awareness, generating leads and establishing relationships with prospects.

New Business Development

Prospect for, find and follow up potential new business opportunities incl. via partnership arrangements

Research and build relationships with new clients

Plan and manage client approaches, pitches and tenders working with relevant stakeholders to develop proposals that meet the clients' needs.

Draft and participate in pricing the solution/service.

Identify and potentially attend industry functions eg. exhibitions, conferences, events and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales

Marketing

Support Social Media Manager in managing blog, twitter, linkedin and facebook accounts and distribute regular, visually engaging content with objective of building growth of likes, reaching prospective and existing target audience and driving engagement to generate enquiries and leads.

Monitor, listen and respond to users while developing and building leads

Drive online 'advocacy' to enable and open opportunity to cross promote

Assist Social Media Manager in developing and expanding online and social media community

Implement sales process for successful new business sales from initial prospecting and lead qualification through to on-boarding and management of client

Achieve annual sales target for new business
