Scotstaff are currently recruiting for a client relations manager for it's Edinburgh based client, we are looking for a candidate from a strong background in the Financial industry.
You will be required to provide excellent client service to advisers, providing them with an operational support facility ensuring service standards are met within our published service levels. You'll find that your day is varied, you will manage your own portfolio of adviser partners and liaise with our administrators and third parties to ensure queries are dealt with and resolved quickly.
This is an important role as you will manage the expectations of our advisers and ensure service standards are met on an ongoing basis. You will work well as part of a team and take a great deal of pride in the providing exceptional customer service.
Role requirements:
- Strong customer service
- Strong understanding of financial products and legislation
- Previous experience in the financial industry
- Previous experience as a CRM
- You enjoy working as part of a strong tight nit team
