Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant join them. The focus of the role is to provide high level administrative support to the Board of Directors, maintain company wide insurance policies and handle legal enquiries.

They are the UK's leading specialist manufacturer of bespoke, premium, aluminium doors, windows and blinds. Established in 2002, they have grown rapidly, and now operate globally and as well as manufacturing facility in North America.

Key Responsibilities- Executive Assistant:

•    Maintain insurance policies including commercial combined policy, fleet policy, goods in transit, installation and public liability
•    Maintain legal compliance of the Company
•    Liaise with the Chairman to organise and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings
•    Facilitate board meetings by organising dates, venues and co-ordinate catering
•    Conduct research, compile data and prepare paperwork for consideration or presentation
•    Deal with correspondence and collating data to communicate to the relevant stakeholders
•    Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as work flow, reporting or expenditures
•    Make travel arrangements for the board of directors where necessary
•    File, update and control corporate and legal documents of the Company.
•    Obtain information from Companies House.
•    Coordinate and direct services to manage the premises effectively including liaising with the landlords, management agent and council

The Ideal Executive Assistant:

•    Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Be proficient in MS Office, Outlook and able to learn other systems
•    Have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy levels
•    Have excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
•    Be able to work under pressure and be an excellent problem solver
•    Maintain confidentiality, integrity and trust at all times
•    Have a positive, proactive and helpful approach

Additional Requirements- Executive Assistant:

•    Extensive relevant experience in a similar role is required, preferably with legal PA experience
•    Legal secretarial/ legal experience is preferable

Salary: £35k-£40k Depending on experience
