An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Claims Advisor to join Crusader Assistance based in Hampton.

Crusader Assistance are a successful claims management company that that has been in the industry for 25+ years. Acting as a liaison between client's and insurers to minimize the inconvenience a motor claim can cause. We aim to provide our brokers and client’s the best possible claims solutions and services. Crusader are looking for someone to join their Team to offer advice and assistance during claims process from start to finish.

Ideal background: Insurance Advisor, Claims Advisor, Claims Handler, Telesales Advisor, Insurance Sales Advisor, Motor Claims Advisor. Call Centre advisor. FNOL

As an Insurance Claims Advisor, your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • To ensure that the notification of all claims reported to the business is completed within Company agreed service levels.
  • As the first point of contact for customers, it is important that customer service standards, as set by the Company, is adhered to at all times.
  • To collate the data from the client's correctly.
  • To work actively and effectively in order to process accident claims, as part of the company's claims management procedures.
  • Providing clients with understanding and advising them of the best claims solution
  • Based on the information taken establish and advise on liability.
  • Offer and up sell the service of our hire car companies and panel solicitors and advise of repair methods.
  • Meeting performance related targets in relation to call statistics, call audits

An ideal Insurance Claims Advisor will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a telephone based sales role working towards targets is essential, as well as a natural charm and desire to help customers.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Must be customer focused, natural ability to build relationships
  • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard working.
  • Claims experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Driving experience is an advantage.

Your working hours will be:

  • A rotational shift pattern between the hours of 0800-20.00 Monday – Friday
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 0900 - 1600.
  • Flexibility to work overtime

In return for this you will receive a Basic salary of £16,000 per annum, uncapped commission typical OTE excess of £26K.
