As we continue to grow we need talented, bright and ambitious people to join our Management Training Programme.

The Role

As a trainee Commercial Manager in our Foodservice Sector you will work with and learn from a great friendly team of Operation and Account Managers benefiting from their knowledge and experience of the business. You will work with them to create and deliver the operational strategy and drive efficiency and cost control whilst facilitating the sales strategy.

Alongside your training you'll be involved in:

• The Procurement of both fresh and dry goods
• Warehouse Management
• Transport Management
• Sales Development
• You'll play a fundamental role in enhancing profitable performance, developing future growth and providing vision, direction and leadership.

Person Specification

• You could be a fresh graduate / trainee or a business professional committed to business.

Hours of Work: 5 days plus a Saturday on a rota basis

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 + plus bonus + Benefits
