Joinery Manager / Experienced Joiner

A position has become available due to company growth for an experienced Joiner looking to either move into management or currently working as a joinery manager.

The company a Bespoke Joinery firm is currently involved in high profile multi million pound projects within the UK and Europe, so travel from time to time shall be required.

The ideal candidate should live within a commutable distance of Redhill Surrey as this is where our factory is located.

Role shall include:
- Managing/overseeing joiners both in yard and on site.
- Managing material levels so as to keep the factory operating smoothly.
- Providing weekly updates for projects
- Arranging works for upcoming weeks

Required skills:
- Strong management skills
- Ability to plan and see a plan through
- Strong timekeeping
- Ability to carry out tasks as set
- Ability to design joinery items with advice and information from other members of the company.
- Ability to use computers for basic tasks such as emails, writing letters, reading documents.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Salary between £35-45k dependent on experience. (£160pd - £190pd- open to different salary methods dependent on the individual!
