Restaurant Waiting Staff
For a Small, family run, very old country pub
The Job
Taking orders from customers, passing them onto kitchen. Serving food and drinks, using till and taking payments. General upkeep of restaurant and organisation of front of house duties. Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards. Maintaining bar stocks
The Person
Presentable and professional in your approach you will be efficient and able to think for yourself. You will take pride in your work and be conscientious about the little things that make a difference.
No formal qualifications necessary but a desire to pursue a career in catering a distinct advantage. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
Hours
Approximately 14 hours per week mostly at weekends, more hours may become available after trial period depending on your performance and during holiday period. Bank holidays are a must. This is a permanent position.
Due to our rural location your own transport is essential.
Pay
Wage is above national minimum and living wage dependant on age and experience.
