The role(s) This is a 12-month graduate trainee role and depending on your individual skills, you will work in several departments to get a rounded view of what we do. These are:
Copy Writing persuasive sales copy for clients for email and other written comms.
Social selling Using social media to research and approach buyers of our client's services
Sales Managing inbound sales leads and calling carefully selected buyers of our client's services
Data & technology Administrating our CRM and email marketing systems and ensuring our data remains up to date and clean
Required Skills: One or more of these: -
You know your way around LinkedIn
Good writer: accuracy, good prose and a high attention to detail are expected
Have used some web based software
A confident telephone manner
This describes you:
You are interested in brands and marketing and want to learn about how agencies work. We don't expect you to know everything or be a marketing guru, we will train you! BUT you need to be interested in the industry.
Finally, you should be a nice human. Obviously, we are a small business with a close-knit team. This will suit applicants who live locally as will benefit from not having to commute into London.
