Mantra Learning has an opportunity available for Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our friendly team. This role will be based in Middleton. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week and will receive a competitive salary of at £18,000 – £20,000 per annum.
Mantra Learning has been a specialist provider of training and development for the logistics and automotive sectors for over 40 years. Mantra boasts high quality facilities at our training centres in Manchester, Warrington and Stockport.
About the Recruitment Co-ordinator role
Your primary focus will be to support Recruitment Manger to promote the Mantra Offer. You will generate referrals by attending Job Fairs/Exhibitions and maintain contact with relevant referral agencies and organisations. You will also be expected to ensure all Job Opportunities are promoted making use of Social Media, External and internal websites and process all applicant enquiries maintaining contact with applicants during all stages of the recruitment process.
The successful applicant will also be expected to collate and maintain candidate documentation in line with internal processes and internal and external audit inspections. You will also promote Mantra Learning Ltd products at all times and contribute to continuous improvement within the department and your team.
What are the responsibilities of the Recruitment Co-ordinator?
- Attend local Job Fair’s to promote the Traineeship/Apprenticeship offer
- Advertise Traineeship and Apprenticeship Vacancies with appropriate referral organisations
- Advertise all Vacancies on AVMs and Mantra Website and remove vacancies that are no longer live
- Ensure all Employers have been issued with an individual ERN Number prior to vacancies going live
- Provide Sales Team and Employers regular progress updates on vacancies advertised
- Liaise with employers to obtain feedback on applicants interviewed
- Take / respond to customer telephone enquiries / referrals
- Capture applicant data and individual contact in CRM (Maytas/Wildfire) to enable accurate date reports to be produced
- Invite suitable applicants to IAG’s at either Mantra Learning or at the Employer
- Ensure successful applicants provide evidence of previous qualifications and prior achievement
- Provide Recruitment Manager with reports as outlined in the data dashboard
- Maintain contact with applicants during all stages of the recruitment process
- Maintain contact with employers during all stages of the recruitment process
- Liaise with Mantra Staff/Applicants and Employers to match applicants to vacancies
- Maintain filing systems and update the Recruitment Manager daily of the pipeline
- Collate and maintain candidate documentation in line with audit inspections and SFA requirements. Including: evidence of learner attendance
- Liaise with the contract department in relation to leavers, achievers and progressions
- Provide data to the SMT in relation to the various stages of the recruitment process
Our ideal Recruitment Co-ordinator will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Minimum of four GCSE’s including Grade C and or above in Mathematics and English Language or equivalent - essential
- Business Administration or Business qualification at Level 2 or above
- IAG Qualification
- Driving License (desirable)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an administration function.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a customer facing role.
- Previous experience of government funded training programmes - Traineeships and Apprenticeships (desirable)
- Previous experience of working with young people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent administration skills.
